Paul O'Brien
Cork and West Cork
Paul joined Southern Milling in 2020, having completed his BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Science at MTU Cork. Initially involved in production and transport within the Cork mill, Paul gained valuable insights into feed manufacturing and production processes. His prior experience on large, modern pig units and dairy farms has equipped him with extensive knowledge of livestock farming. Now focused on supporting pig farmers across Munster and ruminant customers in Cork, Paul leverages his expertise to provide tailored support and solutions.
