Meet the Team

Paddy Burns joined Paul and Vincent having completed a BSc in Food Science at UCC. Paddy began working as production manager in our Mill in Kilmallock and since 2008 he has been the Paul & Vincent sales representative for Kerry and West Limerick. Originally from Sneem in South Kerry, Paddy brings a broad range of practical nutritional support from his on-farm experiences through the years.
