Meet the Team

Niall Fives joined Southern Milling in 2020 having completed a BSc in Agriculture at MTU, Cork. Niall comes from a pig, dairy, and tillage farming background in Waterford and prior to joining Southern Milling, he spent six years working on a dairy farm, gaining valuable hands-on experience in day-to-day farm management. Niall combines practical on-farm experience with a strong understanding of modern farming systems and continues to develop his knowledge through ongoing involvement in dairy farming. Outside of work, he plays hurling and has a strong interest in sport and teamwork.
