Meet the Team

Micheál joined Southern Milling in 2000 having completed a diploma in Farm Management at Darrara Agricultural College and gaining several years’ experience as a farm manager. Working closely with customers across the dairy, sheep, pig, and poultry sectors throughout Cork, Micheál has developed in-depth expertise in feeding strategies. He has a particular interest in calf nutrition, stemming from his experience operating his own mixed beef, sheep, and agroforestry enterprise in South Cork.
