Meet the Team

Fiona joined Southern Milling in July 2025 having previously worked with ARYZTA, PwC and most recently Bord Bia. She is a BComm (Int) graduate from UCC and holds an MSc in Food Business Strategy from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School. In her role as commercial manager, Fiona is responsible for the sales strategy of the company, working closely with customers and colleagues across sales, buying, production and logistics to ensure Southern Milling is always customer and market led.

From Cork, Fiona spent many summers working in the order office and getting to know customers.
